2 cups blue cheese crumbles (about 8 ounces), plus more if desired for a chunky texture

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup beef bone broth, homemade (here) or store-bought

¼ cup red wine vinegar or coconut vinegar

1 tablespoon avocado oil or MCT oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Place the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in chunks of extra blue cheese, if desired, for a chunky-style dressing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
