    THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING.

    Yield: 1¼ cups (2 tablespoons per serving) Prep time: 4 minutes image

    ¾ cup mayonnaise, homemade (here) or store-bought

    ¼ cup chopped dill pickles

    ¼ cup tomato sauce (preferably from a glass jar)

    2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener (see here)

    ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt

    ⅛ teaspoon fish sauce

    Place all of the ingredients in a jar and shake well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
