Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce

This is one of the great Keto recipes that is easy to make and delicious at the same time.
Ingredients Required for Meatballs:
1 pound veal or beef
½ cup mushrooms
½ onion
¼ Teaspoon dried oregano
¼ Teaspoon dried basil
1 egg
2 Tablespoons parsley
1 Teaspoon raw honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Ingredients Required for Sauce:
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon thyme
8 ounces mushrooms
¼ cup red wine
1 cup beef broth
In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onions, eggs, mushrooms and honey. Add in the meat. Next sprinkle the oregano, parsley, and basil and mix well. Preheat your oven to 360 Fahrenheit. Make meatballs which are around 2 inches in size. Place it on a baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes. While your meatballs are getting ready, you can start making the sauce. For the sauce, take a skillet; add in a little olive oil and sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes over medium heat. When the meatballs are ready, put them one by one in the sauce. Pour in the beef broth a teaspoon of thyme and allow it to simmer for a few minutes. Pour in the wine and keep stirring till all the flavors have combined.
