Nostalgic Chives And Bacon Breakfast Omelet

• 4 stalks chives

• About 1/2 cup. Cheddar Cheese

• About 2.5 tsp lard

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 4 slices bacon, already cooked and crumbled

• 4 large eggs


  1. First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients available. Grease with lard your Slow Cooker add the crumbled bacon, chives & salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Now in a bowl beat eggs with Cheddar Cheese.
  3. This step is important. Then pour the egg mixture over the bacon & chives.
  4. One thing remains to be done now. Now close the lid and cook properly on LOW for about 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Finally before serving, sprinkle with more chopped chives & serve hot.
