Simple yet tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1 bunch chopped parsley

• About 2.5 Tbsp. coconut oil

• 1 sprig dried thyme

• 5 cups chicken stock

• Salt

• 2 1/2 pounds chopped meat from lamb neck

• About 1.5 chopped carrot

• 1 small chopped onion

• 2 cups cauliflower

• Black pepper

• About 1 bouquet garni (thyme, parsley and bay leaf)

Directions:

  1. First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients available. Please put all ingredients in the slow cooker & cook properly on low for about 5 to 6 hours.
