Asparagus, beef, parsley and other healthy ingredients combine to make this delicious main course.
1/2 bunch green or white asparagus
2 red bell peppers
1 garlic clove
4 beef pieces
1 Tablespoon ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop the onion, red peppers, asparagus, and ginger. Stir-fry the vegetables one by one and set aside. In a wok, add in some coconut oil to stir-fry the beef strips and cook over high heat. To this add in the garlic and onion. Next add in the asparagus and bell peppers and stir fry for another few minutes. Finally season it with the ginger, salt and pepper. Garnish it with parsley.
