This is a great recipe for some crunchy yummy cookies.

Ingredients Required:

1/3 cup raisins
3 Tablespoons walnuts
½ cup almond meal
1 egg
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Method:

In a bowl, add in the almond meal first. To this add in finely chopped walnuts. Beat the egg well and it to the mixture. Next add in the honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix it all well. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line the baking tray with baking paper, and pack the mixture down firmly. Bake it at same temperature for 30 minutes, or until it turns brown and is well cooked. Leave it aside to cool and cut into small squares
