This is a fruity dessert that you can whip up in a few minutes.
Ingredients Required:
2 ripe bananas
1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons coconut oil
Method:
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Grate apples and mix in with the bananas. To this add in the cinnamon. In a skillet, over medium heat the oil. Drop the mixture on the heated pan and allow it to cook well. Flip it over to cook on the other side. Cook for 10 minutes until it is golden
