2 passion fruits
1 egg white, beaten until stiff peaks have formed
In a bowl, beat the egg whites till you have stiff peaks. Using a blender, blend the mango and passion fruit together till you have a creamy texture. Fold the egg whites into the mango mixture. Pour it into a freezer proof container and freeze for 6 hours or until it has set. While serving cut into slices and top it with mango or passion fruit slices.
