Ingredients Required:
1/3 cup coconut milk
½ cup dark chocolate
5 whole eggs
3 separated eggs
¼ cup coconut oil
¾ cup Almond meal
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
In a bowl, add in the 3 egg white and beat it till you stiff peaks. Using the double boiler technique melt the dark chocolate. In another bowl, add in the 5 eggs, the 3 yolks and keep mixing. To this add the coconut flour little by little. Next add in the coconut oil and melted chocolate and keep stirring in one direction. Fold in the egg whites into the mixture. Add in the vanilla extract. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the cake tin and line it with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
