This is a quick and easy beef recipe and you will love them too!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon fresh finely chopped ginger
1 pound grass-fed sirloin steak (cut in cubes)
1 medium bell pepper
1 onion
½ pound cherry tomatoes
½ pound mushrooms
10 or 15 wooden skewers
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
In a bowl mix the olive oil, honey, garlic and ginger, salt and pepper to taste and place the sirloin cubes inside. Cover with foil and fridge at least for an hour, the longer the better (just don’t keep it for more than one day). Put the skewers in a dish filled with cold water at least for thirty minutes before grilling or else they will completely burn. Cut all the vegetables into cubes, the same size you cut the beef (all vegetables except the cherry tomatoes that are small already). Insert the vegetables and the meat in the skewers and grill on high heat for ten minutes. Turn occasionally and let
