    Baby Spinach Egg Cups

    (Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    6 Eggs
    ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1 cup chopped Baby Spinach
    14/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 Tomato, chopped
    ½ tsp salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
    1 ½ cups Water

    Directions:

    1. Pour the water into your IP and lower the trivet.
    2. Beat the eggs along with the spices.
    3. Stir in the tomato and cheeses.
    4. Grease 4 ramekins and divide the spinach between them.
    5. Pour the egg mixture over.
    6. Arrange the ramekins inside the IP and close the lid.
    7. Cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
    8. Serve and enjoy!
