31.5 g turkey breast, Applegate Farms brand, roasted, torn into bite-sized pieces
25 g pecans, ground fine
16 g green bell peppers, chopped small
15 g European-style butter
10 g coconut oil
pinch of dried sage
Measure all ingredients on a gram scale. Melt the butter and coconut oil in a nonstick skillet. Add the remaining ingredients and fry over medium-low heat until slightly brown and crispy.
Notes: Swap out the turkey for another meat such as ham, ground beef or even tofu. Just ask your dietitian to recalculate.
