28.4 g cheese, Kraft Cheddar, block style, grated
17 g European-style butter
16 g celery, raw
14 g cucumber, peeled
8 g radish, raw
Weigh the heavy cream, cheese, and butter in a microwavable bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, about one and half minutes total. Serve with the chopped vegetables on the side to dip in the cheese sauce.
