EAT FAT BEAT FAT

Pork Stir Fry with Ginger Cream Soda

If your family lies to go out to eat, this would be a fun keto meal to bring along. Restaurants are often able to serve plain carbonated water. Ask for a glass to add the cream and create a fun cream soda!

22.5 g pork tenderloin, sliced very thin, then cooked

    13 g broccoli, cooked

2 g soy sauce, Kikkoman naturally brewed

    3 g sesame oil, refined

    0.5 g sesame seeds, dried

    16 g walnut oil

    50 g 40% heavy cream

    1 g calorie-free sweetener, Truvia

0.5 g ground ginger, powder variety from the spice isle

After measuring all ingredients, combine the pork, broccoli, soy sauce, sesame oil, and 6 g of the walnut oil. Mix well to combine. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Blend the dried ginger, Truvia, and the remaining walnut oil into the cream, and top with ice and carbonated water to make a “cream soda.”

Notes: If you would like to serve this in a travel container, make sure that you are able to scrape out the fat and that it will not be absorbed (i.e., do not use a cardboard or paper-lined container that may absorb that fat).
