A take on traditional Pasta Bolognese with cabbage as the noodles! If your ratio allows, calculate in some Parmesan cheese.
21 g green cabbage, cooked, shredded
25.5 g 85% lean ground beef, cooked
31 g 40% heavy cream
15 g European-style butter
10 g canned tomato puree
6.5 g olive oil
6 g mayonnaise, Hellmann’s
salt/pepper, pinch of Italian seasonings
Measure all ingredients and mix together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached. Stir very well to combine the ingredients and serve.
