This is a rare, exciting treat where real sugar can be used. The tiny amount goes a long way and makes plain pecans a special snack. This also great to eat on the go because it is not messy at all!

21 g pecans

3.2 g raw egg white

0.5 g white sugar, granulated

0.3 g cinnamon, ground

After measuring all ingredients, combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir to evenly coat the pecans. Using a small spatula, place the pecans on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Scrape all the remaining egg whites out of the bowl onto the pecans. Try not to let the pecans touch each other! Bake in a 325°F oven for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in a small air-tight container.
