Tastes like rich dark chocolate! A quick combination of ingredients creates a special chocolate treat!

5.5 g unsweetened baker’s chocolate

5g coconut oil

3g calorie-free sweetener, Truvia

2g sunflower seeds, dry roasted

4g Brazil nuts, ground

5g pecans, ground

After measuring all ingredients, combine in a small microwaveable bowl. Heat until the coconut oil and chocolate have melted, about 30 seconds. Mix very well and spread on a sheet of wax paper. Freeze until hardened and break into bite-sized pieces. Store in plastic baggies in the freezer. This will melt at room temperature.

Notes: A liquid sweetener will incorporate easier than a powdered type.
