No-Cook Almond Butter Pudding

This is a quick snack with very smooth, easy-to-eat texture. It is not a large quantity, so it is useful when recovering from illness or for kids with a small appetite.

9 g almond butter, Maranatha organic creamy roasted

26 g 40% heavy cream, whipped

After measuring all ingredients, soften the almond butter for a few seconds in the microwave. Add 5 g of the whipped cream and stir very well to “loosen” the almond butter. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and serve.

Notes: You can recalculate the recipe to use different nut butters.
