Yummy Avocado and Salmon Breakfast Boats

Salmon and avocado are both good and healthy fat sources for your keto diet. Here, they combine for an exquisite breakfast option.

1 avocado

1 oz. fresh goat cheese

2 oz. smoked salmon

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. of organic extra virgin olive oil

A dash of sea salt


  1. Cut the avocado in half, removing the stone.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients – the salmon, goat cheese, oil, lemon juice, and salt – in a food processor until they have a creamy consistency, and place the mixture inside the avocado.
  3. Enjoy!
