Chives always give a unique flavor to your food – and it’s even better with cheddar and bacon! This recipe is super easy, and super delicious.
2 slices of bacon
2 tbsp. bacon grease
2 stalks of chives
1 oz. cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
- Place the bacon fat in a pre-heated pan on a medium-low heat, and let it melt. Add the eggs, chives, salt and pepper. Stir lightly.
- Add the bacon once the edges are set. Cook for 20-30 seconds more.
- Add cheese to the omelet and fold in half. Flip over and warm through on the other side.
