Ingredients
1½ cups almond flour
3 egg whites
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup psyllium husk powder
1½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
Directions
- In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients. Place a container with 1 cup of water into a preheated oven (350°F).
- Add the pumpkin and coconut milk to the dry ingredients, and mix.
- Whisk the egg whites, and add them into the dough, folding carefully.
- Place the dough into a greased loaf pan, and cook the bread for 75 minutes.
