    Cheddar Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

    This breakfast provides you all the nutrients needed to start off a wonderful day. Green never tasted so good!

    Serves 1

    Ingredients

    4 cup fresh spinach

    4 eggs

    ½ cup cheddar cheese

    1 tbsp. heavy cream

    1 tbsp. olive oil

    Salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
    2. Heat a large pan, and add the olive oil and spinach when the oil is heated.
    3. Stir the spinach, and add the salt and pepper.
    4. Once the spinach is fairly wilted, add the egg mixture and turn to medium heat.
    5. When the eggs are set, add the cheese and stir slowly until it melts.
