¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
⅓ cup almonds, flaked
¼ cup chia seeds
⅓ cup flaked coconut, unsweetened
1 tsp. unsweetened vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
½ cup coconut milk
2 tbsp. erythritol
6-8 drops stevia extract
Directions
- In a bowl, place the flaked and shredded coconut, almonds and chia seeds, setting aside a little bit of flaked coconut and almond.
- Add the coconut milk, vanilla extract, stevia and combine. Add hot water and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flaked coconuts and almonds and top with berries (optional).
