    Little Red Chocolate Cakes

    Mug cakes are oh-so-popular, and super simple. Try this delicious little number today.

    Ingredients
    1 tbsp. coconut flour

    ⅓ cup almond flour

    1 tbsp. beetroot powder

    1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

    ¼ tsp. baking soda

    3 tbsp. erythritol

    ¼ tsp. vanilla powder

    ¼ cup sour cream

    2 eggs

    2 tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil

    For the Frosting:

    2 tbsp. butter, room temperature

    ¼ cup cream cheese

    1 tbsp. powdered erythritol

    ¼ tsp. vanilla powder

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, beetroot powder, baking soda, erythritol and vanilla powder.
    2. Add the eggs, melted coconut oil and sour cream, and combine well.
    3. Place the mixture into two mugs. Microwave each of them on high for 70-90 seconds.
    4. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the butter, erythritol, cream cheese and vanilla.
    5. Frost the finished mug cakes and enjoy.
