California Style Omelet

Fresh ingredients take this omelet to the next level, and with eggs, bacon and chicken included it’s a protein powerhouse.

Serves 1


2 eggs

2 bacon slices, cooked and chopped

1 oz. deli cut chicken

¼ avocado

1 tomato

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tbsp. mustard


  1. Beat the eggs and pour into a hot pan. Begin to scramble and season.
  2. When eggs are halfway cooked, add the chicken, bacon, sliced avocado, and tomato.
  3. Combine the mayo and mustard as well and drizzle inside.
  4. Fold the omelet. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
