Keto Sausage and Pepper Soup

A delicious low-carb soup that will kill your hunger dead and keep out the cold.

Serves 6


30 oz. pork sausage

1 tbsp. olive oil

10 oz. raw spinach

1 medium green bell pepper

1 can tomatoes with jalapeños

4 cups beef stock

1 tbsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. cumin garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning



  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over a medium heat until hot and cook the sausage. Stir.
  2. Chop the green pepper and add to the pot. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and jalapeños. Stir.
  3. Add the spinach on top and cover the pot. When it is wilted, incorporate spices and broth and combine.
  4. Cover the pot again and let cook for about 30 minutes (heat medium-low). When it is done, remove the lid and let the soup simmer for around 10 minutes.
