1 tbsp. flaxseed meal
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream cheese
1 egg
1 bacon slice, cooked
½ jalapeño pepper, sliced
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
Directions
- Cook the bacon on a medium heat in a frying pan until crispy.
- Mix all the ingredients in a container and pour some inside a mug. Microwave for 75 seconds on high.
- Carefully take out the mug cake out and let cool before eating.
