1 chicken breast, precooked
½ ounce grated parmesan
2 tbsp. almond flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Directions
- Cut the chicken breast into slices and then into bite size pieces. Set aside.
- Combine the parmesan, almond flour, baking powder, and water. Stir.
- Cover the chicken pieces into the batter, and then place directly into the hot oil. Remove when golden.
