Chicken Nuggets for Keto Nuts

These are quick, and healthier than any nuggets you’ll ever buy off the shelf! Try them and see for yourself.

Serves 4


1 chicken breast, precooked

½ ounce grated parmesan

2 tbsp. almond flour

½ tsp. baking powder

1 egg

1 tbsp. water


  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices and then into bite size pieces. Set aside.
  2. Combine the parmesan, almond flour, baking powder, and water. Stir.
  3. Cover the chicken pieces into the batter, and then place directly into the hot oil. Remove when golden.
