16 chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
2 cups water
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
24 oz. spinach
Salt and pepper
- Bake the chicken thighs in a covered pan with 2 cups of water at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Break the chicken into pieces, adding the spinach, cheese, and seasonings.
