Keto Chicken Thighs

Three main ingredients. Thirty minutes. One delicious dinner. You can also divide into containers for a yummy lunch option!

16 chicken thighs (boneless skinless)

2 cups water

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

24 oz. spinach

Salt and pepper

Garlic powder


  1. Bake the chicken thighs in a covered pan with 2 cups of water at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  2. Break the chicken into pieces, adding the spinach, cheese, and seasonings.
