This simple recipe takes a quick 5 minutes, but is chock-full of fresh flavor.
6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
3 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
- Put the fresh basil in a food processor with some oil. Blend until it forms a paste.
- Slice the tomatoes and chop the mozzarella. On the top of each tomato, lay the mozzarella and basil paste. Season with olive oil, black pepper and salt.
