This red curry combines unique flavors and leaves you with an easy recipe that your taste buds will love!
4 tbsp. coconut oil
¼ onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp. red curry paste
½ cup coconut cream (or coconut milk)
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. fish sauce
- On a medium-high heat, add the coconut oil to a pan. Once it is hot, sauté the onions until browned. Add the garlic. Turn to a medium-low heat and add the broccoli. Stir.
- Once the broccoli is partially cooked, add the curry paste. Let it cook for 1 minute.
- Add the spinach. When it is cooked, add coconut cream and coconut oil.
- Mix and add the soy sauce, ginger and fish sauce. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
