• 2 large Portobello mushroom caps
• ½ tbsp / 7.5 ml organic extra virgin coconut oil, melted
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp / 15 ml dried oregano
• 6 oz / 170g organic grass-fed beef or bison
• 1 tbsp / 15 ml Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp / 5 ml salt
• 1 tsp / 5 ml freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ cup / 30g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
