A simple recipe with chicken and bacon, sure to go down as a winner in everyone’s book. It’s easy to make it and absolutely stacked with protein.

Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breasts, boneless
2 oz. blue cheese
4 slices ham
8 slices bacon
Directions
- Slice the breast halves in half lengthwise.
- Lay out 2 slices of ham, and place a line of cheese in the middle. Roll up, and place inside the chicken breast.
- Wrap the chicken breast with 4 slices of bacon, covering the entire breast.
- Place the breasts in an oven-proof skillet (greased with butter or coconut oil), and brown the bacon all over. Remove from the skillet and place in the oven to cook for 45 minutes at 325°F. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
