    Keto Broccoli Soup

    You can probably find all the ingredients for this one in your fridge already, so knock it up and enjoy!

    Serves 4

    Ingredients

    1 head broccoli

    ¼ cup heavy cream

    ¼ cup cream cheese

    ¼ cup sour cream

    ¼ cup almond milk

    4 oz. cheddar cheese

    ½ onion

    ½ chicken bouillon cube

    Directions

    1. Remove the florets from the broccoli. Steam them on the stove.
    2. Put the florets into a blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
    3. Pour into a pot and simmer until heated (10 minutes or so).
