These little pizzas are made from Portobello caps. An original way to finish your day and keep those cravings in check.

Ingredients
3 Portobello mushrooms
Olive oil
3 tsp. pizza seasoning
3 tomato slices
9 spinach leaves
1½ oz. mozzarella
1½ oz. Monterey jack
1½ oz. cheddar cheese
12 pepperoni slices
Directions
- Prepare the Portobello mushrooms by washing them, removing both the gills and the stems.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and pizza seasoning, and then top with all the other ingredients, except the pepperoni slices.
- Cook at 450°F for 6 minutes. Add the pepperoni slices and broil until crispy.
