    Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce

    It’s not even funny how easy this is – and it’s just as good as the real thing!

    Serves 8

    Ingredients

    2 spaghetti squashes

    2 lb. ground beef

    33-oz. jar of spaghetti sauce

    1 tbsp. minced garlic

    1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

    Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the guts. Cook the remaining shell and meat in a glass container partially filled with water at 375°F for 45 minutes or until soft.
    2. Brown some beef on the stove. Add the seasonings, the sauce, and mix. Heat through.
    3. Carefully remove the cooked spaghetti squash from the oven, and use a fork to create the spaghetti. Serve with the sauce.
