It’s not even funny how easy this is – and it’s just as good as the real thing!
2 spaghetti squashes
2 lb. ground beef
33-oz. jar of spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the guts. Cook the remaining shell and meat in a glass container partially filled with water at 375°F for 45 minutes or until soft.
- Brown some beef on the stove. Add the seasonings, the sauce, and mix. Heat through.
- Carefully remove the cooked spaghetti squash from the oven, and use a fork to create the spaghetti. Serve with the sauce.
