Ingredients
5 oz. chicken breast
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 oz. mushrooms
¼ small onion, sliced
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup heavy cream
½ tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. grain mustard
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cut the chicken into cubes, season them, and brown with olive oil. Remove and place on a plate.
- Add mushrooms to the same pan and cook until browned. Add the onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken broth. Reduce by letting it boil for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings, and mix. Add the chicken, and let it simmer 3-5 more minutes.
