    Creamy Chicken

    A unique recipe that will make a special dinner. Chicken is always a good source of fats and proteins.

    Serves 1

    Ingredients

    5 oz. chicken breast

    1 tbsp. olive oil

    3 oz. mushrooms

    ¼ small onion, sliced

    ½ cup chicken broth

    ¼ cup heavy cream

    ½ tsp. dried tarragon

    1 tsp. grain mustard

    Salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. Cut the chicken into cubes, season them, and brown with olive oil. Remove and place on a plate.
    2. Add mushrooms to the same pan and cook until browned. Add the onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
    3. Add the chicken broth. Reduce by letting it boil for 3-5 minutes.
    4. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings, and mix. Add the chicken, and let it simmer 3-5 more minutes.
