Keto Totchos

Totchos are crisp tater tots dressed like nachos and topped with sour cream, salsa and jalapeños. Using keto tater tots, this recipe will fulfill your every craving.

2 servings keto tater tots

6 oz. ground beef

2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp. sour cream

6 sliced black olives

1 tbsp. salsa

½ jalapeño pepper, sliced


  1. In a small casserole pan, place 9-10 keto tots and add half of the ground beef and half of the cheese. Place a second layer of tots, and add the rest of the meat and cheese.
  2. Broil in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts, and serve with sour cream, black olives, salsa and jalapeño.
