Ingredients
1 lb. ground pork
4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. cardamom
½ lemon zest
4 tart shells (keto)
Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a pan over a high heat, place the meat and spices. When it is slightly cooked, remove and add the egg and lemon.
- Put some of the mixture into keto pie shells and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
