    Pork Pies

    This amazing recipe with Irish roots is a great dinner choice when you need something simple and hearty.

    Serves 4

    Ingredients

    1 lb. ground pork

    4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

    2 beaten eggs

    ½ tsp. ground nutmeg

    ½ tsp. ginger

    ½ tsp. cardamom

    ½ lemon zest

    4 tart shells (keto)

    Salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. In a pan over a high heat, place the meat and spices. When it is slightly cooked, remove and add the egg and lemon.
    2. Put some of the mixture into keto pie shells and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
