Ingredients
10 oz. salmon filet
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. ginger, minced
2 tsp. garlic minced
1 tbsp. red boat fish sauce
1 tbsp. sugar free ketchup
2 tbsp. white wine
Directions
- In a container, add all the ingredients (except for the ketchup, sesame oil and white wine) and marinate the salmon in them for 10-15 minutes.
- In a pan over high heat bring add sesame oil to smoke point and place the filet in, skin side down.
- Cook until crisp on both sides (4 minutes per side). Remove the fish to make the glaze.
- Add ketchup and white wine to the marinade. Put in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, or until reduced to a glaze.
