Peanut Butter Milkshake with Caramel
Peanut and caramel flavors combine deliciously in this rich, chilled dessert.
1 cup coconut milk
7 ice cubes
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. sugar-free salted caramel syrup
1 tbsp. MCT oil
¼ tsp. xanthan gum
