    Combine chocolate and peanut butter, and give yourself a well-deserved treat in double quick time!

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    2 tbsp. peanut butter

    1 tbsp. heavy cream

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 tsp. cocoa powder

    ¼ tsp. allspice

    Liquid sucralose

    Directions

    1. Into a cup or mold, put the peanut butter, add the coconut oil, heavy cream, cocoa powder and allspice. Mix well.

    2. Freeze for two hours and remove.
