Keto Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Craving ice cream? Try this easy peanut butter variation loaded with protein and fats.

Serves 2


1 cup cottage cheese

2 tbsp. protein powder

2 tbsp. peanut butter

2 tbsp. heavy cream

6 drops liquid sweetener


1. Put the cottage cheese, sweetener, heavy cream, and peanut butter into a food processor. Blend until the curds have been chopped up and the mixture is smooth.

2. Add protein powder, and blend again.

3. Freeze for 40 minutes.
