Ingredients
2½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ cup shelled and chopped walnuts
½ cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
½ cup powdered erythritol
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and erythritol.
2. Separately, mix melted butter and vanilla, chocolate chips, eggs and walnuts. Combine with the dry mixture until you have dough.
3. Make cookies with 1 scoop of the dough per cookie and place them onto a cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 8-10 at 350°F. Cool for 10 minutes.
