    Microwave Brownie

    Ingredients

    1 tbsp. creamy almond butter

    1 tbsp. beaten egg white

    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

    ⅛ tsp. vanilla extract

    3 drops liquid sucralose or stevia

    Baking soda

    Salt

    Almonds or pecans, orange or lemon extract (optional)

    Directions

    1. Beat egg whites in a bowl until they are frothy.

    2. In a microwave-safe cup, mix the egg white mixture with the rest of the ingredients.

    3. Microwave for 40 seconds and remove.
