Microwave Brownie

For busy people who crave a brownie dessert, this recipe will become a go-to for when you’re short on time.

1 tbsp. creamy almond butter

1 tbsp. beaten egg white

1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

⅛ tsp. vanilla extract

3 drops liquid sucralose or stevia

Baking soda


Almonds or pecans, orange or lemon extract (optional)


1. Beat egg whites in a bowl until they are frothy.

2. In a microwave-safe cup, mix the egg white mixture with the rest of the ingredients.

3. Microwave for 40 seconds and remove.
