    Dark Chocolate Brownie

    These brownies are legendary. They are great source of healthy fats, and really help you out when you are craving something sweet.

    Serves 16

    Ingredients

    6 tbsp. cream cheese

    3 eggs

    3 tbsp. coconut oil

    2 tbsp. heaped cocoa powder

    ¼ cup almond flour

    ¼ cup coconut flour

    ¼ tbsp. baking soda

    9 packets truvia

    ½ cup almond milk

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Salt

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, combine the cheese, eggs, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla extract.

    2. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, truvia and a bit of salt. When done, incorporate the wet ingredients and mix well.

    3. Pour the batter into a cake pan. Cook for 30 minutes at 375°F. Let them cool for a few minutes.
